In the rare event that you receive an incorrect or faulty item, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. To facilitate a quick resolution, kindly connect with us at [email protected], providing the following details:

  • Your order number and product name (as indicated in your order confirmation email)
  • A clear picture of the fault or the incorrectly received item

Rest assured, upon receiving your message, we will promptly investigate and offer you a suitable solution.

It’s important to note that, unless it is our error in sending the wrong size or a faulty item, we do not facilitate exchanges or returns for size-related issues. However, for any sewing or printing problems, we are more than willing to guide you through the necessary steps. Just reach out to us, and we’ll assist you promptly.

Your satisfaction is paramount to us. Should you encounter any of the following issues, we will process a replacement at no additional cost to you:

  • Non-receipt of the product within the guaranteed time (30 business days).
  • Receipt of the wrong item (incorrect customized information, wrong product, or blurry product).
  • Receipt of a damaged product (broken).

If, for any reason, you prefer a refund over a replacement, please keep in mind that our products are custom printed specifically for you, and general returns are not accepted.

Our refund policy spans 30 days from the day you receive the products. Beyond this period, regrettably, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

It’s important to understand that refunds are not processed in the following cases:

  • Non-delivery due to factors within your control (e.g., incorrect shipping address, failure to receive the delivery, not picking up packages as requested).
  • Non-delivery due to exceptional circumstances beyond our control (e.g., customs delays, natural disasters, tracking showing “delivery,” but the item is lost).
  • Products that have been washed, worn, or used.

If you need to request a refund, kindly do so within 30 days after the guaranteed delivery period (30 days) has expired. Initiate the refund process by sending an email to [email protected].

Once your refund request is approved, we will credit the refund amount to your account or the original method of payment within 7 business days.
